What information is needed and why

We use the surname, first name and patronymic, if any, selected service and task description you provide to review your specific enquiry, answer questions and discuss service terms. After you send a message through WhatsApp, the company will also be able to see your phone number and the profile information displayed by the service.

An initial enquiry does not require your IIN, date of birth, copies of identity documents, payment details or your clients' personal data. Do not include these in your task description.

How the form works

Filling in the form does not itself send an enquiry to the company. When you click “Continue to WhatsApp”, the completed text is included in a link and transferred to WhatsApp before you send the message to ProFinance. You can review and edit the text in WhatsApp. The company receives the message only after you send it.

Form data are not stored in a separate enquiry database on the website. Correspondence after sending takes place in WhatsApp. The prepared text includes the consent terms and their version date; after you send it, they remain in the conversation together with your enquiry.

Transfer to other services

This communication method uses WhatsApp LLC. Its infrastructure is international: information may be transferred and processed outside Kazakhstan, including in the USA. The service's data processing practices are described in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Videos on the website load from YouTube only after you press play. Google then receives technical viewing information. Visits to Telegram, Instagram and other external websites are also governed by the terms of those services. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Website hosting and delivery services may separately process technical visit information, such as your IP address, browser information and request time. This is separate from the company's processing of your enquiry text.

Processing period and your rights

Consent relates to a specific enquiry and remains valid until its review is completed or consent is withdrawn. Further processing may be permitted where required by law or related to an unfulfilled obligation. WhatsApp's own data retention terms are governed by its policy.

You may request information about processing, correction of data or withdrawal of consent by writing to info@profinco.kz. Provide your name and the contact details you used so we can locate the conversation. Requests are reviewed under the procedures and time limits established by Kazakhstan's legislation. Requests to WhatsApp should be made through the service's own tools.

By entering my full name and selecting the consent checkbox, I authorise ProFinance Consulting LLP, BIN 191040020201, to collect and process my full name, selected service, enquiry content and contact details available to the company after I send the message, for the purpose of reviewing my enquiry and contacting me.

I consent to the transfer of this information to WhatsApp LLC and the cross-border transfer associated with using the service. The duration and withdrawal procedure are described above. This consent does not authorise advertising messages or publication of my data in publicly accessible sources.
